General Description
This park is approximately 40 acres of Victorian gardens set on cliff-top setting. From a sloping coach park, visitors enter the park through a large shop and then follow tarmac paths around the undulating site.
Listed below are the main areas of risk, where visitors may be harmed if adequate controls were not in place, or if visitors themselves did not take due care whilst enjoying such areas.

- SWINGS & CHILDRENS' ACTIVITY PLAY AREAS
- HEDGE MAZE WITH TARMAC PATHS
- SNAKES & LADDERS SLIDE SYSTEM
Adequate instructions are provided for those activities requiring it.
Daily checks on the safety of all items is carried out and recorded.
All activities meet the necessary legal requirements and comply with recognized industry standards where applicable.
The park has a detailed risk assessment record on site which is available to view at the park, subject to an appointment being made.
Qualified First Aiders are always on duty.
